Pharmacode One-Track — Barcode Format Guide & Generator
Pharmacode One-Track is a one-dimensional linear symbology in the Pharma family. One-track pharma code; integers 3-131070. You will see them on medicine cartons, blister packs and hospital unit-dose labels, usually alongside a GS1 or HIBC code for downstream scanning.

Data format

Strengths
- Designed for very small pharmaceutical packaging where nothing else fits.
Limitations
- Mainstream phones and retail scanners will not decode it — only the dedicated system that expects it.

Scanning and printing tips
- This family carries no error correction — treat print quality checks and scanner verification as mandatory steps.
- Leave the quiet zones clear — blank space on both sides of the bars is part of the symbol.
- Print dark bars on a light background; red-only bars can vanish under red laser light.
- Keep the bars vertical to the scan direction and print at the symbol’s standard magnification.
- Verify one printed sample with a real scanner before committing to a full run.
