Frequently asked questions

Is this barcode generator free?
Yes — QrDeco is completely free, with no watermark and no sign-up. Everything is generated in your browser.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Barcode generation does not upload your input. Load the page and barcode engine before disconnecting. Sharing a configuration link shares its encoded input with the recipient.
Which barcode formats are supported?
87 symbologies: QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, EAN-13, UPC, Code 128, GS1 DataBar and many more.
Can I use the generated codes commercially?
Yes — export as SVG, PNG or PDF without watermarks, ready for your products and labels, provided you hold the rights to the numbers you encode (e.g. GS1 licences).
How do I generate many barcodes at once?
Paste one entry per line into the batch panel: QrDeco generates every code, flags broken lines and downloads all images as one ZIP. Sequence mode numbers them automatically (prefix, start, step).
Can I import a list from Excel or a CSV file?
Yes. Copy the column from Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV file into the batch field, one value per line — no add-in is installed and the data never leaves your device.
Can I print barcode labels on an A4 sheet?
The print view lays your codes out on a standard A4 sheet with page margins, gaps, optional sequence numbers and cut marks, then sends them straight to your printer.
Can I add a logo and customise colours?
You can embed a logo in the middle of matrix codes, round modules and finder eyes, swap the foreground and background colour, apply a gradient, and set the module size and quiet zone.
Which export formats are supported?
Vector SVG for print and cutting, high-resolution PNG at 1–8× and PDF, all watermark-free. Every code is generated locally in your browser.
