Contact

Mail is the fastest way to reach the people who build QrDeco — one mailbox, no ticket maze. Bug reports from real print jobs are the most useful kind of message.

What to include in a bug report

Reports that arrive with these four details are usually solved in a single reply:

  • The symbology you used and its options (error correction, columns or rows, GS1 mode, HRT)
  • The data you encoded — or a minimal sample that still shows the problem
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • Your browser and device, and how you exported (SVG, PNG or PDF)

What we can help with

The generator itself: symbology behaviour, options and GS1 rules, exports, styling, batch and sequence mode, print sheets, and the format reference pages.

What we cannot answer

We cannot register GS1 numbers for you, interpret local labelling regulations, or debug your own scanner hardware. The format reference pages and the standards bodies that publish the specifications are the right sources for those.

Response time

QrDeco is a small independent project. Every message is read, and replies usually take a few days.
